Our Claims Department is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am-4pm.

It’s important that you notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 31 days after any
incident that may result in a claim.

It’s also essential that you keep all invoices and receipts that form part of your claim and
submit them with your claims form.
