We understand that when you're making a claim, you've already suffered a great deal of
stress. That's why we make everything as quick and simple as possible.


How to make your claim

If you need to make a claim or would like advice about anything related to a claim, simply
call the relevant number below.

It is important that you notify us as soon as possible after any incident that may result
in a claim. You must notify us no later 60 days for DirectCover Pet claims and DirectCover
Home claims.

It's also essential that you keep all invoices and receipts that form part of your claim and
submit them with your claims form.
